Wine Name: MIRI 2014, Sparkling Wine (Spumante) dosage zero.
Descrizione: obtained with the rediscovered "ancestral method" which involves the second fermentation in the bottle not followed by disgorging. Food Pairing: aperitifs with finger food, fish crudités, fresh appetizers with vegetables and fish, delicate dishes with seafood and shellfish.
Serve at: 8-10°C
Color: pale yellow, mild veiling due to yeast fermentation (sparkling wine by "ancestral" method, no foul-mouthed).
Smell: delicate, elegant, fresh notes of white fruit overlap with elegant notes of bread crust.
Taste: fresh, good acidity and excellent minerality, with fine, dense and persistent perlage.
