Wine Name: Le Lame Bolgheri White DOC

Characteristics: pale yellow color with golden hues, bright, crystal clear; it has hints of yellow flowers and yellow tropical fruit, intense and persistent; soft in the mouth, balanced and harmonious, good length, volume and persistence

Food Pairing: Finger Food of fish processed (no crudités), pasta with vegetables or tasty fish; White meat, fish with bones, shellfish and crustaceans in broth.

First year of production: 1998

Soil composition: medium texture with rocks of alluvial origin and calcareous pebbles.

Training system: guyot

Harvest period: in September

Winemaking: manual harvest in pierced boxes, soft pressing of the whole grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature of 16° C (60.8° F), perfecting sur lies until the bottling.
